Stephen Salerno
I am a post-doctoral research fellow in the Fred Hutch Data Science Lab. My research centers on statistical methods for multivariate data and machine learning for high dimensional survival analysis, as well as its applications to clinical quality measure development, public reporting efforts, and health policy surrounding kidney diseases and lung cancer. I am also passionate about applying my skill set to public service and am active in data for good initiatives at the University of Michigan and beyond.

Introduction to the SRE Database
This website provides an atlas of cancer synergistic regulatory enhancer networks across different organ tissues. Designed for researchers and professionals, our platform offers an interactive, data-driven resource for exploring detailed tissue-specific data, including biosample metadata, experiment summaries, and genomic regulatory elements. Dive into organ- and tissue-specific pages, where you can explore curated data, conduct track selection, and visualize results in a genome browser to advance your research.
